A guided truffle session is always part of a program in which I thoroughly prepare you for your journey and provide you with excellent follow-up care afterward. Throughout every step of this program, you have my full attention, and the session is tailored to your specific needs.

An individual program consists of:

  • A 30-minute, no-obligation introductory meeting (by phone, video call, or during a walk)

  • An individual intake & screening process

  • A comprehensive preparation package, including homework assignments

  • A 1½-hour preparation session (face-to-face or video call)

  • The truffle session: a full day of one-on-one guidance, fully tailored to your wishes

  • Healthy snacks / fruit and, of course, the truffles themselves

  • An MP3 recording & notes from your journey

  • Integration tips & assignments
